Walks typically take place in New York City's Central Park starting at 8:30 a.m. They last three hours and cover 3/4 mile, plus 1/4-1/2 mile each way getting to and from within the park. Walks are cancelled in the event of heavy rain.

Forest therapy walks are ideal for any group interested in connecting with nature or furthering the wellness of its members, including for organizational and corporate wellness events, recreation groups, schools, faith-based communities, and families.
